• Progress data — modules completed, badges earned, and quiz results, stored against your account so progress is preserved across devices.
• Device & usage data — anonymous analytics such as app version, device OS, and feature usage patterns. No personally identifiable information is included in these events.
• Crash reports — automatically generated if the app crashes, containing stack traces and device model information. No personal data is included.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To create and maintain your account and sync your learning progress.
• To personalise content recommendations within the app.
• To diagnose technical problems and improve app stability.
• To understand how features are used so we can prioritise development.
• To send transactional emails (e.g. password reset). We do not send marketing emails without your explicit consent.

3. Third-Party Services

We use a small number of trusted third-party services to operate the Service:

• Apple App Store / Google Play — app distribution. Purchases and payments are handled entirely by Apple or Google; we do not receive payment card details.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with any third party for advertising or marketing purposes.

4. Data Retention

We retain account and progress data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days. Anonymised, aggregated analytics data may be retained indefinitely as it cannot be used to identify you.

5. Your Rights

Depending on your location you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing activities.
• Receive a copy of your data in a portable format.

We use industry-standard measures — including encrypted connections (TLS) and Firebase's built-in security rules — to protect your data. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes we will notify you via an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
